Eco Aqua Treat

Eko Aqua Treat Package Treatment and Recycling units composed of a Hydrocyclone, Separator Construction, Filtration and Dewatering Basket. Package Treatment Unit is installed above the surface. Waste water which is coming out from Automated Car Wash Machine, has very intensive mud and oil substances.
After passing from the underground prefiltering stage still there is remaining residues of the impurities. While these ubstances pass through the Hydrocyclone, substances and heavy materials which are contained in the water are separated from the water by the help of centrifugal force.
Our package Treatment Unit construction have been designed with the theory of GRAVITY & COALESCING. With this theory, oil and solid materials are separated from waste water.
During the travel of the pretreated water from the lamell separator in the construction the heavier paricles and the floating
materials are further separated. During the complete treatment process, about 70% of the water can be regained to be recycled. About 30% lost water should be replenished in the process with clean water from the mains.
This water is added to the last compartment of the construction by float control valve.By the centrifugal pump, the treated water from the underside of the last compartment of the construction is pumped through a 50 micron mesh Washable filter or further filtered through bag filter to get rid of impurities above 10 microns. Then the cleaned water transferred to the vehicle washing machine directly of to a collecting tank of treated water from where it is pumped to the vehicle washing machine.
All the process are controlled through a PLC computer automation panel.

Hydrocyclone


Water enters the cyclone at the top, and the special shape of the cycloneforces the water make a spiral movement.
Hydrocyclones can be designed to separate particles of a certain size ("cut point"). In this case, particles smaller than
5 microns and most of the water areforced to spiral upwards, and particles bigger than 5 microns and a small amount of water are forced to spiral downwards.

The flow from the top is led to the treatment unit, freefrom large solid particles. The bottom flow containing the solids is led to the sedimentation pit.

Bag and Cartridge Filters

Bag Filter Systems consist of filter body and bag filters. Filter body becomes house for main element bag filter that purify water.

Filter bodies can be manufactured from stainless steel or carbon steel materials. Liquid flow from inside to outside and all particles and dirt remain inside bag filter. Bag filter has feature of washing when it gets dirt.

Cartridge Filter Systems consist of filter body and cartridges. Filter body becomes house for main element cartridges that will purify water. Filter bodies can be manufactured from stainless steel or carbon steel materials. Cartridges that are used at cartridge filter systems have different micron sensitivity. For this reason, for different capacities, it is possible to do sensitive filtration based on micron with suitable number and specification of cartridges.Features of raw water entering in filter are criterion effecting usage time of filters and dirtiness time of cartridges. Cartridges that become dirty most be changed as it will increase pressure loss of filter and also decrease filtration sensitivity.

Multimedia Filters


Multi Media Filters are used for purpose of removing suspended solid, cloudiness and other particles. System is consisting of settling different degree of gravel sizes with more than one layer inside the body.
Second duty of Multi Media Filters beside removing solid items from water is to protect the equipment that will be located from itself. At system where filtration is made good, as load that will go to other purification filters will be minimized, life-span of equipments will be prolonged and productivity will be increased.
Activated Carbon Filters are used for purification of poluted gas, wastes and organic materials that give undesirable chlorine, color, taste and smell to water. AC is like coal but a material with very wide surface area per gram. Productivity of AC filter are determined by features of AC used at filter media and correct choose of filtration speed of water.
Sand Filters are beds of granular material, or sand, drained from underneath so that pretreated wastewater can be treated, collected and distributed to the land application system.

Water Softening process is materialized by ion changing method. Ion change is materialized by passing water with Ca and Mg that causes hardening through Na form cationic resin.

Water Softeners


Water Softening process is materialized by ion changing method. Ion change is materialized by passing water with Ca and Mg that causes hardening through Na form cationic resin.
While firm water pass through sodium based cationic resin, hardening ions inside (Ca + 2 and Mg+2) change place with Na tied to resin. After certain amount of firm water pass through resin media, resin particles are completely covered with hardening minerals.
At this case, joining of hardness minerals end. To be able to remain at water hardness ions, resin particles must be rid of from hardness minerals, again sodium particles must be tied.
This process is called Regeneration.
Regeneration process consist of 5 main steps that are back-wash, salt water absorption, slow rinsing, fast rinsing and salty water filling. Asa result of conclusion of 5 steps, while resin, calcium (Ca2+) and Magnesium (Mg2+) leaves their ions, sodium (No+) again combines ions to itself and be ready to service position.
When design of softening Units is made, resin Quantity is calculated according to raw water characteristic, average daily flow and peak flow consumption.
Beside this, regeneration process can be made time control, flow control or with hardness analyzer and in connection with measuring of hardness degree of pure water, regeneration process can be made with automation.

Reverse Osmosis Systems

Reverse Osmosis is a membrane process that can separate undesirable minerals from water where classical purification methods are insufficient. It can be used on sea water, well water with high conductivity and can produce water of high purity.
